I ordered this production white. Got it in black. I thought i was ordering the thermacharged one. It took awhile to set up the wifi, but that was due to me not the machine. Battery needs to be charged. I tested this machine out. Overall I am happy with it. It does a great job mopping. Vacuuming not as good but does an okay job.

Pretty useful item! I set it up for 2 automatic cleans: 1 during the day and 1 overnight. I also start it manually occasionally from my app if we spill something or want the floor touched up. Seems to be doing well even though we have 3 dogs and a cat. It does announce what it’s about to do quite loudly, which makes the overnight mopping a little annoying sometimes, but the time saved by this device is worth it. Connection to the app works well and, even though it mapped my area completely, it adjusts to changes well. It doesn’t get stuck on small bumps and irregularities in the floor.

RUINED BY AMERICAN APPLIANCE OUTLET NEVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!! First, the unit (Shark AI mop was pictured white, it's black) Second, it failed in two days Third, seller IGNORED first request for support Fourth, seller offered exchange. At this point, I decided to just return the darn thing, and buy a new one (the new ones are GREAT) They sent me a return label…. REQUIRING POSTAGE FOR A 20lb UNIT!!!!
This is NOT the Amazon experience I am accustomed to! Defective products leaving the customer holding the bag.

So far, this refurbished product is working great. Granted, I have porcelain tiled the whole house but I did have some initial entry way exitway rugs that gave it issues but it notified me through app, I addressed the issue, located the mop/vacuum unit, acknowledged the error and set it back to its mopping duty. Very happy! (the price reduction for refurb was excellent too)

Dead on arrival. This product doesn’t automatically reconnect the mop head when leaving the dock station to mop. That aside, after manually attaching the mop head, it doesn’t clean well and leaves streaks of dirty water on my tile. Not easy to use. Doesn’t pick up dirt well at all. Overall it makes me miss my regular vacuum and mop.
