This is 1 million times better than the previous robot vacuum that I had I had that one for about six years so it was definitely time for an upgrade and I cannot tell you how much I love this vacuum. Something to know it is kind of loud it is also very loud when it empties into the Collector bin. I love that it doesn’t just pull a mop pad behind it it actually scrubs and re-wet the pad as it’s mopping it does not miss any spots. You can also send it out to spot clean a small square area and you can map out all the rooms. You can tell the robot to go into certain rooms or avoid certain rooms. You can set a schedule you can tell it to vacuum or mop or do both, and it will go back to the charging station on its own to either recharge or empty the dustpan, and then it will go back out on its own when it’s ready to finish the task I seriously love this vacuum mop, and I am not sponsored to say any of this I bought this with my own money

    So far, I'm pretty happy with this unit. Was skeptical of it being refurbished, and it definitely didn't come in a retail box. The older model I had originally wasn't doing so well, so I thought I'd try this one which was cheaper and had more features. I like how this one will show you where it's at on the map while it's cleaning. Cleans quite well and has only gotten stuck once, where the spinning edge bristles got caught up in some blanket ends. Love how it detects the carpet vs. hard floors and it's very cautious about mopping. Haven't had any wireless issues. Very easy to set up and get it going. Time will tell if I encounter any of the issues that others described, but so far so good. I've run multiple Mop, Vac, and Vac+Mop cycles and haven't had any problems. The base seems to be relatively well built but I can totally see parts being broken off if mishandled. I'll be sure and update this if anything changes!

    The First Robot Vacuum I’ve Used That Truly Feels Low-Maintenance

    I’ve owned multiple robot vacuums over the years, and this Shark Robot Vacuum & Mop Combo with the PowerDetect NeverTouch Pro system is easily the most capable and lowest-maintenance one I’ve used so far. The combination of self-emptying and self-refilling dramatically changes the experience from “robot vacuum you constantly babysit” to something that actually operates close to fully autonomous for routine cleaning.

    The navigation has been consistently reliable in my home, and the transition between vacuuming and mopping feels far more refined than earlier combo units I’ve tried. It handles everyday dust, pet hair, and tracked-in debris well, while the mopping function is useful enough that floors genuinely look cleaner afterward rather than just lightly wiped. The docking station is large, but the reduction in day-to-day maintenance more than justifies the footprint in my opinion.

    What impressed me most is how little intervention it requires once schedules and maps are configured. Instead of constantly untangling brushes, emptying bins, or refilling tanks, it mostly just runs in the background and keeps up with the house. No robot vacuum is truly perfect in every corner-case scenario, but this is one of the first ones that feels mature enough to function as a legitimate everyday cleaning appliance rather than a tech novelty.

    This was the second reconditioned vacuum/mop that did not mop. The first one wouldn’t fill with water and the second one had a broken piece that fills the mop at the dock, which pumped water all over the floor. Save yourself the hassle and don’t buy.

    could run into some minor blockage issues causing the dustbin to not empty into the dock correctly

    Does its job as intended only 2 issues i have is the dustbins shape make it trap some stuff it collects if it sucks up allot making it not fully empty into the dock and idk until it either starts being loud or it leaves a trail of dirt but it isn't often and im pretty sure its more because i have cats and the hair combined with litter and other debri sticking together makes big basically lint balls that block everything and get more dense as it picks stuff up so i can't really blame the product simce its bot marketed towards pets. The other issue is when i have it mop on full wet setting its wheels spin causing it to struggle to get back on the dock but i just let it try till it guves me a errorband then i wait a few minutes for it tk dry and send it back again and it works just fine so I recommend just not using the most wet setting. Other then that it does what it says it vacuums and mops it automatically empties dirty water and devri into 2 separate tank in the dock ontop of automatically attaching its own mop pod and filling itself up with clean water from the dock i have to empty and refill the dock like once a month and other then the blocked dustbin here n there it helps keep dust and cat hair from spreading on furniture ive barely had to dust or use a lint roller since i bought this and i have 3 cats in a one bedroom apartment so that's saying something

    The robot is heavy plastic constructed, classy and looks high end. Very nice and sharp looking robot! For the $199 refurbished price tag it works like it’s a brand new unit. It was far from what I expected, the robot looks brand new! Once charged and the app uploaded it went to work immediately mapping my home and setting its boundaries for where it can vac and mop. When that was done it went to work vacuuming my floors and sucked up all the dog hair and debris. I have 3 furry dogs and 2 kids so help like this is welcomed to make my life a little easier. It didn’t just push the debris around, but actually sucked it all up and dumped it in the self empty bin that it dumps in to. I also have used the mop function and it did an amazing job on my floors. They look clean and the mop actually took its time and cleaned up the floors. It takes about 1.5hrs to vacuum or mop when it’s doing our home. It runs longer than that with the battery life, but takes that long to do our home. I have my schedule set up for 3 days vacuum and 3 days mopping. Scheduling capability is easy in the app and it gives you times to work on your schedule day or night. So far so good with this robot. I am very impressed. It does exactly as it says it does. Very happy with this purchase.

    I have only used it for about two weeks although I have used it every day. Everything works fine. I did have a little problem with the app in that I did not understand how to set it up but I did figure it out. I am really impressed with the mopping. I would have given it 5 stars but it took ten days to arrive. Well worth the refurbished price I paid.

    Have had it for about 2 months now and it is working fine. My wife is extremely happy with it as she does not have to clean or mop the kitchen floor.

    So, when it's working, it works well. Unfortunately, there seems to be a new reason, daily, as to why it's not working, today. I scheduled it to run both a sweep and mop daily at 9:30 because everyone is gone and there's plenty of time to do both before people get home, again. So far, however, it hasn't run as scheduled a single day.
