Why won’t my VR headset charge?

Please try these two troubleshooting steps:1) Gently clean the magnetic connector pins to remove any dust or debris, then reconnect. 2) Detach the central cylindrical stand and reinstall the charging cable, pressing firmly until fully seated.

Why don’t my controller batteries charge to 100%?

This is normal and doesn’t impact the 20-hour battery life. Due to different voltage profiles of rechargeable batteries, the VR headset’s charge indicator may be inaccurate with these batteries.

Why won’t my controller charge?

Please remove the battery covers and check that the positive and negative terminals are aligned correctly. Ensure the silver metal contacts are properly touching the charging points.

Why does the charging device indicate the presence of liquid and prevent charging?

The device is equipped with a moisture sensor that stops charging if liquid is detected; this issue can be resolved by wiping the magnetic connector and drying it with a hair dryer.

Why is the charging dock indicator light red?

Please check if you are using the correct adapter; you can use our original adapter or supports the PD protocol with an output of 15V 3A or higher adapter.
