Why there is no display for battery level and fan speed?

We carefully considered adding a digital display, but realized users cannot view it while wearing the headset. Instead, we chose a more practical low-battery buzzer that alerts you at 5% battery, so you won’t be disrupted mid-game.

Why does the head support feel ineffective, and why is there so much pressure on my face?

Please check if the connecting arm was inserted too far in, which may prevent the forehead pad from making proper contact. If so, please adjust the connecting arm.The head support pad is fully adjustable and can be removed if needed.

Why can’t I feel air entering my forehead?

Please refer to the seventh image for installation instructions. Do not install the connecting arm too deeply, otherwise your forehead will not be able to contact the forehead pad.
